  • Cancel order

    You can cancel the order within 1 hour, please email us with your order number. Refunds will be provided within 3 business days from the date of cancellation.

    Please keep in mind that if the order has been shipped, we're unable to update or cancel it. Not to worry, you can request a return for your order for a full refund.

    Standard Shipping will be delivered by National Post, and we use DHL/FedEx for Express Shipping.

  • How to track my order status? 

    When your order is shipped, we will send you a confirmation email with the tracking number and tracking link directing you to the shipper’s website. You can track and trace your order using this link and change the date of delivery or select a Service Point.

  • How to return my order? 

    You have 7 days to return an item from the date you received it.

    To be eligible for a return:
    The item must be in its original state, unused, and unwashed, together with the accessory related to them.
    The item must be in the original packaging with its original labels.
    To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
    Also, the returns slip that comes with the shipment needs to be completed and enclosed together with the returned products.

    Any items returned will be subject to a $1 restocking fee, it will be deducted from the amount you are refunded.
    Refunds will be made in the original form of payment.
